HACIENDA ANTIKARIA

Our hacienda can be found in the ancient Roman city of Antikaria, currently known as Antequera. Situated on Andalusian soil, white of light and green of its olive trees.Our job consists of mixing the traditions of many generations dedicated to the extraction of this precious juice with an innovative technology that obtains the best of the earth while above all, maintaining respect for these traditions.

In this part of the world where roots are most important, everything has its reason for being and its own history. We preserve the history of each batch of olive oil HACIENDA ANTIKARIA through a system guaranteeing total traceability. This consists of, like a mother knows her son, perfect knowledge of the product from the time the tree is planted until the oil is bottled. Observing and enjoying each step in the system of production, which is a guarantee of quality and originality.
