OLEUM DEI

According to ancient legend, the properties of olive oil could only be enjoyed by the Gods until the Greek Goddess Atenea, Queen of the Wise, planted an olive branch with her lance, thus freeing the so-called green gold to the humans delight. Our reason for being is to make this precious elixir available to you.

We present our olive oil OLEUM DEI, born in Antequera, Andalucia. As a result of a job well done and of a system of total traceability, which allows us to be present from the planting of the tree, concerned with its growth, the selection and collection of the best fruits, the process of production and through bottling. In this way, each batch of oil OLEUM DEI is unique and has a tracking and its own history.

A philosopher once said, “Quality is never an accident, it is always the result of an effort of the intelligence.” This is our goal. In OLEUM DEI we know that only when you understand the language of the Mediterranean Sea the goodness of Andalusian soil and the elegance of its traditions, are you prepared to extract from its olives the precious gold of the Gods.
